Team Spotlight: Annie Khotsombath, Head Chef -Tuck In At Nod Hill

It has been wonderful to have our food truck, Tuck In at Nod Hill, come to fruition this year, and to receive such great feedback the past few months as we’ve been introducing new items and refining the menu.

Now, we would like to introduce you to the chef who has been running the show and creating the fantastic food for you, Annie Khotsombath.

Annie got her love for cooking at an early age, through marathons of Chopped and helping her grandmother in the kitchen. Much of her childhood was also spent helping out at her family’s authentic Asian neighborhood market.

Her passion for food transformed into a career when she got her culinary degree in 2015; since then, she has worked various roles as a prep cook, pastry chef, and garde manger. She even worked at Nod Hill back in the summer of 2022 when Jeff Taibe his truck here!

In her role with us, Annie has been thoroughly enjoying the chance to create recipes with our beer and says that the overwhelmingly positive feedback from all of you has been immensely rewarding.Annie’s favorite dishes to cook include her (crowd favorite) focaccia and jams, and outside work, she loves to make quiche and casseroles for friends and family. We have been thrilled to have such a wonderful addition to our team this year - with Annie, we know Tuck In is in very good hands.
