THE NOD HILL BIERGARTEN & POLLINATOR MEADOW
CLOSED FOR THE WINTER - PLANNED SPRING OPENING DATE APRIL 12, 2025

Nestled in a quiet corner of our property surrounded by trees and a wildflower meadow, is our 6,000 sq ft Biergarten.

 

Here we aim to offer an Old World social atmosphere, delicious beer, local wine & cider, great food, and pleasant live music in a relaxed, natural setting.

Our Biergarten is open seasonally from mid-April to the beginning of November. In the event of inclement weather, the Biergarten will close - please call us ahead of time if you'd like to check the status (203) 617-1191.

 

THE BIERGARTEN...

  • Welcomes leashed well-behaved dogs

  • Is family-friendly. Children - including teenagers - must be accompanied & closely supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Please keep your kids with you at all times, no running or wandering off - the Biergarten is not a playground! 

  • All seating is first-come, first-served - no reservations or private rentals during business hoursWeekday afternoons are available for private rental - please email events@nodhillbrewery.com to inquire.

  • Walrus Outpost Food Truck is on-site Wednesday through Sunday. A 2nd rotating truck joins on Saturdays & some holidays. On Tuesdays, Maine-ly Seafood & Artisan Food Trailer alternate weeks.  SEE SCHEDULE HERE

  • We feature live music on the Biergarten Stage on Friday & Saturday evenings, plus occasional Thursdays & Sundays SCHEDULE HERE

  • In addition to beer, we serve wine, hard cider & seltzer, and a variety of soft drinks.

  • Absolutely no outside alcohol (wine, liquor, beer) is permitted anywhere on the Nod Hill premises. 

  • No smoking or vaping is permitted inside or within 40' of the Biergarten

  • The Biergarten is subject to closing due to weather conditions at any time

  • The Biergarten is open seasonally from mid-April to the start of November.

THE POLLINATOR MEADOW...

  • Features pollinator-friendly plantings native to our region of New England

  • Was created through reclaiming unused space that was overgrown with invasive shrubs & weeds

  • Was spearheaded by Jana Hogan & Nancy Kaye and was planted with generous support from the Ridgefield Pollinator Pathway, Eco 59 Seed Project, and The Ridgefield Garden Club.
