Tasting Notes: We are excited to release this traditional Polish smoked wheat beer in collaboration with our friends at @hindsightbbq ! We spent the night around their pits, custom-smoking Connecticut-grown wheat from @thrallfamilymalt . Retrospekt maintains a firm bitterness with light, herbal notes, and a crisp, dry finish, with notes of clean oak and a restrained yet distinct smoke from the BBQ pits.
