Featured Ingredients: Munich Malts, Noble Hops, House Yeast

Tasting Notes: A toasty, malty, crisp Marzen-inspired beer brewed entirely with Munich malt & Hallertau-Mittelfruh hops. We break from tradition and ferment this beer with our house ale yeast, allowing its fruity aromatics to mingle with the rich malt character.

BALTIC TERRANE

Baltic Porter // 5.7% ABV

Tasting Notes: Simply put, a lagered version of our Robust Porter - the same beer fermented with our house lager yeast strain, then cold-conditioned for 6+ weeks. The resulting beer is smooth & crisp with more subdued roast, chocolate & coffee-like notes. A moderate strength ABV (5.7%) sets it apart from many other Baltic Porters, and may remind some drinkers of a Schwarzbier or other black lager.

MOON BOY

New England India Pale Ale // 6% ABV

Tasting Notes:  We are very excited to present Moon Boy IPA! We took our popular double IPA Moonwalkin’ Cowboy and scaled back the body and alcohol - but not the hops. The same delicious Nelson-forward hop aromas (melon, dank, white wine), using the same exact dry hop addition, at a more approachable 6% ABV and slightly lighter body. Special shoutout to our brewer Fig for the incredible label artwork on this one! Dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Citra & Enigma.
