MAGIC MAILBOX w/ tangerine & raspberry

Hibiscus Fruited Sour // 4% ABV

Tasting Notes: A truly tart ale brewed with copious amounts of malted and unmalted white winter wheat. A light touch of lactose provides balance against bright acidity. Perfectly pink, purple in color with a fruit packed palate from hibiscus flowers used in the kettle and raspberry and tangerine puree during fermentation.

MEADOWSONG

Oak-aged Farmhouse-style Beer // 6% ABV

Featured Ingredients: CT-grown Pilsner Malt, Aged Hops, Mixed Culture of Yeast & Bacteria

Tasting Notes: Fermented & conditioned in our French ook foeder for 1 year with a mixed culture featuring Brettanomyces & Trappist-origin yeast, Meadowsong is light golden, highly effervescent, tart, lemony & refreshing.

RABBIT'S FOOT
West Coast-style Pale Ale // 5.6% ABV
Tasting Notes: Catch a little luck in every pour…Rabbit’s Foot is a brand new beer we’re very excited to introduce - a crisp, clear and hoppy pale ale with a West Coast twist. Layered with Mosaic and multiple forms of Simcoe - from oils and extracts to traditional pellets - Rabbit’s Foot is a punchy yet balanced beer bursting with hop-saturated aromas of pine, citrus, and tropical fruit.

A hazy & juicy New England IPA brewed annually to support the Norwalk River Valley Trail - proceeds from the sale of this beer (available only at the taproom & Ancona's Wine & Liquors) will be donated to the NRVT to support their incredible efforts!

MOONWALKIN’ COWBOY

New England Double India Pale Ale // 8% ABV

Featured Ingredients: Nelson Sauvin, Citra & Enigma Hops, Pale Malt, Unmalted Wheat, House Yeast

Tasting Notes: Big Nelson aromas of ripe melon, passionfruit, and Sauvignon blanc dominate, along with pithy citrus and juicy peach from the Citra & Enigma. Wheat lends a full, soft mouthfeel & the finish is clean and not overly sweet.
