Do you serve food? 

On the Fly is our house food truck and is usually here when our taproom is open. On the Fly is operated by chef Jeff Taibe of Taproot Restaurant in Bethel. We also host a 2nd food truck on most Saturdays (see schedule here).

Do you fill growlers from other breweries?

Yes, we ask that they are clean and preferably not clear glass. We offer new branded 750mL and 64oz growlers for $4 and $5 each respectively.

Can I buy a keg?

We typically have a small variety of logs available for purchase. Please be aware you'll need your own kegerator/tapping equipment - we do not rent/sell/lend any draft equipment. E-mail info@nodhillbrewery.com if you're interested in a keg.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes - e-gift cards are available for purchase online here. If you'd prefer a physical gift card, they can be purchased in our taproom.

Can I book the Taproom/Biergarten for a private event?

Not at this time. But we are taking bookings now for our new event space, opening September 2021. More info here.

We are looking for a donation - how do we facilitate that?

Who distributes your beer/how can I place a wholesale order?

Connecticut - we are proudly self-distributed. Please get in touch here.

New York - we are distributed through Remarkable Liquids. Please contact them if you own a NY establishment & are interested in carrying our beer.

Are children allowed?

Yes, but only with a parent or legal guardian (don’t bring your friend’s kid without their parent too) - it’s the law.  And PLEASE, please, accompany and be attentive to your child at all times.  The brew house is a workspace (read: potential dangers lurk) and the taproom is meant for adult relaxation and enjoyment.  Let’s work together to keep it all safe and fun.  There are changing tables in both of our restrooms for your convenience.

Are dogs allowed in the Taproom/Biergaten? 

Leashed, well-behaved dogs are allowed in the Biergarten. Unfortunately they are not allowed in the taproom (with the exception of service animals). Thanks for understanding. 

Do you serve wine or hard cider? 

Yes! We serve red, white and rosé wine plus local hard cider.

Do you serve liquor?

No, sorry.

Can I bring my own wine/liquor/other alcohol to drink on premise?

No, sorry.

Do you serve any soft drinks? 

Yes - kombucha, soda, and cold brew coffee.

Do you accept reservations?

No, sorry.

When did you open? 

October 2017.

How many different beers do you brew?

We've brewed over 100 since opening, however there is a roster of 30-40 rotating beers that we brew regularly.
