We're looking to add a brewer to our tight-knit team in Ridgefield, Connecticut. For the past 3 1/2 years, we have aimed to produce finely-tuned versions of both European and American styles of beer. In 2020 we produced 1500 Bbls, and will produce a little over 2000 Bbl this year. As the third member to join the production team your focus will be on safety and quality in all aspects of the job. The position is full time with duties that span all aspects of production. Our ideal candidate will fit in seamlessly and seek to continuously improve their technical knowledge and ability.


Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintaining a safe and clean working environment 

Open communication

Consistent operating procedures

Wort Production

Packaging of cans and bottle-conditioned beers

Cellar work (yeast handling, dry hopping, transfers, CIP)

Record keeping


Requirement: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in production. References must be supplied.


Compensation is commensurate with experience. This position is available immediately.
