Introducing our Front of House Managers

We wanted to introduce (or reintroduce - many of you have probably met them already) our lovely front of house managers, Eddie and Beau!

Eddie has been with Nod Hill since Oct of 2018 and loved the brewery right away. He became a sales rep for us in 2020, and then pivoted to run the retail store and assist in the brewhouse during the pandemic. In 2021, he became Taproom & Biergarten Manager, and this is how we’ve known him since.

Historically, Eddie’s favorite beers have been Beam and Ace of Wands, but as of late he’s been enjoying some new hoppier styles, like Rabbit’s Foot. He loves being able to use his passions for craft beer and hospitality to provide a truly personable experience to everyone who drops in.

Beau got into craft beer when bartending during college down in DC, and managed bars across DC, Philly, and CT before joining the Nod Hill crew in 2021. Growing up just 10 min down the road in Wilton, Beau appreciates the way this role has allowed him to reconnect with and have an impact on the community he grew up in.

Beau’s favorite Nod Hill beer is Le Bucheron, our Franco-Belgian Amber.
