Yoga in the Taproom - BACK TO SCHOOL/FALL transition EDITION - decompression session
Time & Location
About the Event
Yoga classes designed for every body with a focus on mindfulness, hard work, wonder, fun and discovery.
IN THIS EDITION, we'll focus some time on restorative practices to help you ease through the transition into a new season, and, for you moms and dads out there, the possibly stressful time of Back-to-School. We'll also come to study our own states of being. (See what I did there?)
All levels are welcome, minimum age 21 (you must bring a valid photo ID). Class is 60 minutes and includes a complimentary beer afterwards.
A portion of ticket sales will be donated to various charities. If you would like to suggest a charity, please email firstname.lastname@example.org!!!
Please make sure to pre-register. Classes are limited to 15 people and will likely fill up.
Apologies, but no refunds for no-shows... if you can't make it, either send a friend in your stead or email email@example.com up to 48 hours in advance for a refund.
Please bring your own mat. If you have any props you might like to use (blocks, strap, blanket or towel) bring 'em, but they are not necessary.
Any experience of class is a valuable experience as long as you are willing to show up and engage on the mat whether you've practiced yoga zero times or more times than you can count.
