About the Event
All proceeds from class will be donated to not-for-profit, Ann's Place, in Danbury, CT. Ann's Place offers FREE community based support to individuals, families and friends of those affected by cancer.
We will call upon some basic stretches both from within and outside the yoga tradition. No yoga experience necessary. We will seek to deepen our connection to ourselves by giving time and space to the breath and the body. We will move towards observing our minds and our hearts. We will enjoy the comfort of a mutually agreed upon safe space, and best of all, have a little fun.
Your ticket includes (1) 12 oz draft beer, hard cider, non-alcoholic kombucha, or a soft drink. Taps open at 11:30 for participants, 12 noon to the public. Have your crew meet you at noon if they can't make the class!
