Hey y'all - thanks for your interest in what we're doing here at Nod Hill Brewery! To answer the question we've gotten asked the most in the past few months, we will be opening our doors this fall in Septemer/October. In the meantime, we are test brewing and refining our recipes to ensure we offer the highest quality, most fully flavorful, delicious, unqiue, and consistent beers for you when we open.
We'll be happily serving our offerings in a comfortable and elegant taproom that combines the airy industrial feel of our building with a cozy pub-like atmosphere. Like the campfire depicted in our logo, Nod Hill Brewery will be a welcoming gathering place for friends to meet, relax, and enjoy a locally brewed beer.
We believe that the strength of a brewery often rests on a handful of signature beers that offer drinkability, consistency, and superb flavor. To that end, we plan to regularly offer a hop-forward low-alcohol session beer, a golden farmhouse ale brewed with seasonal, local ingredients, and a juicy New England-style double IPA. We’ll augment our flagship beers with a wide range of seasonal brews, cask offerings, small batch experiments, wild-fermented ales, and ciders.
