Tasting Notes: A toasty, malty, crisp Marzen-inspired beer brewed entirely with Munich malt & Hallertau-Mittelfruh hops. We break from tradition and ferment this beer warm with our house ale yeast, allowing its fruity aromatics to mingle with the rich malt character.
